It is literally undetectable to the human touch. I ordered this hair and it came on time I ordered 3 packs but only needed 1.5 packs. My hair lasted 6 weeks before I took them out for a new style. I had minimum shedding and there wasn't a smell with the hair. My scalp wasn't inflamed the way it does with synthetic hair. My stylist used mousse and room temp water to make it curl at the tips so I didn't have to worry about hot water damaging my hair.
